The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The communal area and kitchen facilities were top-notch, and having a bar on-site was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was perfect for exploring the city and it was conveniently close to the Red Army war memorial, which offers stunning views. The walking tour offered by the hotel was a great way to learn about the city. Additionally, being close to the bus stop for the airport was very convenient.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bar at Safestay Bratislava Presidential Palace was fantastic. They had a wide selection of drinks and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the location of the hotel was convenient, being just a short walk away from the train station and within 10 minutes of the old town.

The dorms could get quite hot without air-conditioning or windows that opened enough to catch easy, and the lack of power points near each bed made charging devices inconvenient.

I really enjoyed the spacious kitchen and common area in the hotel. It was great to have a place where I could relax and socialize with other guests. Plus, the light and sockets at each bed were a convenient feature. In terms of location, the hotel was set slightly outside of the city center, which made it feel more peaceful and rural. it was conveniently close to the railway station and adjacent to parks, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

There were a few aspects of my stay that left much to be desired. First, the receptionist seemed to prioritize and give better service to white guests, which made me feel unwelcome.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything I needed. I loved that each bed had its own lamp, charging outlet, and privacy curtain. The bathrooms were also very clean, which was a big plus. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the main train station and the old town. a great hostel experience that I would highly recommend.
